This explains what information Blackwall Arcade collects, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details: a random account ID, your player name, and your email address if you add one.
- Game data: your saves, progress, purchases, crystal balance and leaderboard scores.
- Purchase records: what you bought, when, the amount, and the email on your receipt. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, used to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- On your device: we store a sign-in token and your sound settings in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To run the games, save your progress, process purchases, send sign-in codes, show leaderboards (your player name and scores are public), prevent cheating and fraud, and answer support requests. We don't sell your personal information.
Services we use
Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), an email delivery provider (sign-in codes), and Google Fonts (the game font). They process data for us under their own privacy terms.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account while it's in use. You can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us. We may keep purchase records where the law requires it.
Children
The Service isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will show the new date above.
