Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Blackwall Arcade and every game on it (the "Service"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
Your account
When you start playing we create an account for you automatically. You can add an email address so you can sign in on other devices. Keep your sign-in codes private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Crystals and other virtual items
- Crystals, in-game cash, upgrades, ships, paint jobs and other items are a limited license to use digital content inside the Service. You do not own them.
- They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money or anything of value, and can't be transferred or sold to other people.
- Crystal prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Purchases are final except as described in our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, we remove the crystals from that purchase, which can make your balance negative.
- We may change, rebalance or retire virtual items and game features at any time.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, tamper with the game or our servers, or interfere with other players. Don't pick offensive player names. We may reset progress, remove items, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". It may be interrupted, changed or shut down. If we permanently shut down the Service, we'll try to give reasonable notice in the games.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or virtual items. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know in the Service. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
